Refund & Exchange Policy
By placing an order on our website, you agree to our terms and conditions.
1. Products are eligible for exchange only if there is a manufacturing defect. A clear uncut and unedited unboxing video showing the defect is mandatory to process the exchange.
2. If the package appears tampered, damaged, or in poor condition at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept it. Inform us immediately by emailing roopandriwaj@gmail.com with your Order ID and Tracking/Docket Number so that we can arrange a replacement.
3. When requesting an exchange, the product must be returned with the original tag and packaging intact.
4. Exchange or return requests must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the product.
5. Requests for returns or exchanges will not be accepted due to minor color variations or personal preference (if the product is not liked).
6. Only defective products with proper unboxing proof will qualify for exchange.
7. Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for exchange, return, or refund.
8. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, only if the order has not been processed or shipped yet.
(This condition is not applicable during sale or promotional periods.)
9. Order cancellations will not be accepted during sale or offer periods.
10. All approved refunds will be issued only in the form of store credit.
11. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, any advance booking amount paid is non-refundable.
Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange request, please contact us at roopandriwaj@gmail.com.
• For COD Orders: If the return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions.
• For Prepaid Orders: Customers will need to ship the product back to our address at their own expense. Please contact us before sending the product.
